The data controller responsible of the treatment of personal data relative to the management of the First Interdisciplinary Workshop on Mobility, Data Mining and Privacy (Rome, Italy, 14 February 2008) is Prof. Dino Pedreschi, Dipartimento di Informatica, Università di Pisa, Largo Pontecorvo 3, 56100 Pisa, Italy.

The personal data collection is aimed at the management of registration of participants in the workshop. Such data will be collected with manual and automatic means solely for the mentioned purposes; such data will not be communicated to third parties, broadcasted or disseminated. The registration web site does not employ persistent cookies. The web log data of accesses to the workshop web site are kept for the time needed to compute aggregated statistics, and then canceled.

Data subjects can exercise their rights, defined in art. 7 of the Italian Privacy Law, contacting the data controller.

Admittance to the workshop is limited to 60 persons, in order to guarantee the proficiency of participation and the interdisciplinary dialogue.
